Anyways, for my Monday off, I got my haircut!
It's not exactly what I was hoping for (but is it really ever?)
I think it'll look better in a week or so. But right now, I'm getting the bowl-cut vibe. Ah well.
On a related note, I started a little trend today. Tipping! I know it's customary---but you get such a nice feeling doing it.
I gave my stylist at The Hair Cuttery 6 bucks---then I gave my barrista at Starbucks one dollar...
Not much, but I liked to think it made their Monday, at work, a little bit brighter. :)

I think that cut will work, you just have to get used to it. I always feel that way when I get my hair cut to something completely different.
Also, I know that at least for me, when someone tips me more than the 8 cents that was their change, it makes me feel good, like I made them happy. So, I'm sure it did make their Monday that much brighter. Thank you on behalf of that barista in case s/he didn't say it themselves!
I live off of tips as Im a server.. so YES, it feels good when someone tips. :)
I also got my hair cut and well.. not what I wanted, but at least I get to wear my vintage scarves now! :)
I love that you're bringing the Dorthy Hammill do back. :) And it totally suits your face! And I love brightening people's days. I'm sure they appreciated it.
