Goodbye, little Mo

I don't want this to be a sad post. But poor little Mocha (Mo) has passed away.

He got sick earlier in the week...not really eating and just looking bad all over. Then he progressively got worse and worse, almost have little seizures or something. It all happened so fast, and there really wasn't much to be done.  Poor little guy.

Caesar (in yellow) was his big bossy momma and misses him terribly I fear. She keeps looking around for him in all their usual hangouts.

I suppose that for all the company and laughter pets provide us with, there is the one downside that we have to deal with.

And special thanks to my special boy who helped me dig a hole to bury him with a large kitchen spoon.

On a brighter note! Check out the new pinafore I bought!!!

And the lady who made it is the featured seller on Etsy RIGHT NOW!! FUN. I love her!!! I imagine that we are best friends in Etsy world. :)  Here is the link to her SHOP.

I wore it on my walk downtown to the post office this morning, though it was about 50 degrees----just willing it to be warmer outside!! (Didn't work.) But I got a coffee on the way back in to warm my hands :)

Have a great weekend everyone!! :D

Oh no! I'm so sorry about your little Mo. And poor Caesar - her search just breaks my soft heart. Pets, regardless of species, are such wonderful members of the family.

(cute pinafore!!!)

Oh how horrible, sorry to hear about your little buddy. It def has been a sad weeks for pests. My parents had to put our dog to sleep this week, so sad. Our little companions will surely be missed.

I'm so sorry to hear about your bird, I have a couple of them too and would be crushed to have something like that happen so suddenly.

I'm a big necessityisthemother fan too, I have three jumpers now. The collection just seems to keep growing.
